For anyone trying to grind (excuse the pun) this achievement out, I have found Urban 2 to offer plenty of flatland to continuously ollie and perfect land through the whole stage. You can get around 50 perfect landings per run on this level so you should be able to quickly blast through this achievement using this method.

To perform a perfect landing, you must press 
right before you land. You know you will have achieved a perfect landing by the green glow under your skateboard.
