This trophy requires you to complete all 125 challenges found across the 25 Pro levels. In order to unlock a stage in Pro Mode, you first need to complete all 5 tasks for the specific level in its Amateur counterpart. None of these challenges should be too foreign to you at this point, as they are mostly just harder versions of challenges from the previous difficulty.

The Pro Mode levels will start out fairly basic, but their difficulty will quickly ramp up once you get near the end of the junkyard. The score and combo challenges can be tightly tuned in some levels, so you will need to throw in some spins by holding or while doing specific moves to help increase your combo counter. There may be some levels where you get to the end and think there is no way to achieve the score or combo you need, but it is important that you replay the levels to figure out the best rail opportunities to extend your combos.

The one Pro challenge that seems to give people the most trouble is "Helicoptering" in 5-3, which requires you to spin 50 times before finishing the level. The game's definition of a spin is 180 degrees, so spinning for 360 or 540 will count and 2 and 3 spins respectively. It is important that you stay high in this level and spin as many times as you can on each jump, especially on those when you need to fall down to a lower level. You are also able to get off a 360 spin if you jump immediately at the beginning of the stage before you have to jump the first gap, and that spin could make the difference.
