To complete this achievement, just look up the tricks in the 'Tricktionary'. In there, it keeps track of which tricks you've already done. The tricks with the stars next to them have been done.
Most of the tricks can be done without any special set up or anything, but the ones further down the list sometimes need a drop or dip so you have the room to land.

Any advice on doing tricks like the 720 flip? I can't seem to figure it out at all :/

What exactly do you need help with? Sorry for taking so long to reply!
Quick things I noticed when i reinstalled the game to remind myself how it works included:
Holding RB before even starting the trick.
Focusing on landing that one trick helped me remember the pattern.
When you start to flick for the white part of the arrow, you must be extremely precise and quick.
You must have some sort of drop in order to land this as performing it on flat will fail everytime.
