How to unlock the 24 Carat Campaign achievement in Olympic Games: London 2012 - Definitive Guide

From the main menu select to play Olympic Games mode and select medium difficulty. Play through an entire Olympic Games mode. You have to win the gold medals in all events. Once done the trophy will pop up.

Tip: If you are struggling with an event and you've used up all your retries, then during your last retry you can use the button and quit via the XMB. When you return to your career you have all your retries back to attempt the event again. As long as you quit during the last try the autosave doesn't kick in. (Thanks to Dino_Roar)
