Easy as pie. Just do not touch the right stick for 30 seconds. Can be done at the very begining of level 1. Dodge attacks (shouldn't be too hard), and TADA! Achievement unlocked.

Simply avoid using Sensei's sword weapon for 30 seconds, the first stage is the easiest to get this. If you are worried, don't shoot anything and just dodge all enemy fire and targets until it unlocks.
