This is the tenth boss of the game, and the second in the Scrapyard, which is nearly as annoying as the first. This is mainly because he's constantly moving, and when he's in the air he's at an awkward height where you need to crouch to get under him but need to jump to shoot him. Personally, I went in with a Grand Feast and just tanked the damage so I could stand against the wall behind him and fire on him nonstop until he was dead.
