How to unlock the Drill No More achievement in Omega Strike - Definitive Guide
Story-related; cannot be missed.
This is the fourth boss of the game, and it can be a little annoying to fight. It alternates between being either at the left or right side, where it'll shoot horizontal projectiles at you that you can simply duck under while you shoot at it. As a side note, if you're using Sarge and haven't upgraded his rifle range yet, you can still stand at the very edge of the adjacent platform to reach him with your stream of bullets. The annoying part is when he decides to pop up in the middle instead. You'll need to switch to the character with the grenade launcher so you can shoot down into the center where he is. But, he shoots annoying homing projectiles that you need to dodge. Focus entirely on dodging those, and do whatever damage you can. Your main damage will come when he's on the left and right sides.
Between his pop-ups, drills will pop out of the ground. I've found that if you just stand on the very edge of the left or right platforms, no drills can hit you there.
