How to unlock the Intruder achievement in Omega Strike - Definitive Guide
This boss is pretty simple, especially if you reach the endgame segment with a large amount of cash.
Before heading to the final area, after turning in the device to the scientist in Tumbleweed, spend all of your extra coins on the highest level food for sale. When I reached this point, I had $900, which worked out to 30 food items. Each one fully refills your health, meaning you can just waltz through the level with little concern for damage taken.
For the boss specifically, use Sarge, and as soon as the fight starts, there will be a chain or a hanging pole (pretty sure it's a chain) on the left-hand side of the center of the boss fight area. Climc this to the top, and simply hang there firing towards the right. You'll take some damage, but just use health items as needed, and before long the OmegaBot-2000 will be dead.
There's nothing more to this guy than this, it's a ridiculously simple boss for so late in the game.

Story-related; cannot be missed.
This boss shows up right at the start of the final area, Omega Citadel. It's an aerial boss, so be prepared to be on one of the two chains shooting at it most of the time. This fight could take a while if you're trying to dodge all of its projectiles, because you'd constantly need to jump down from the chain to do so, then climb back up to get some shots in, and it's all very inefficient and annoying. Alternatively, bring in a Grand Feast and you can just sit there on the chain shooting him, tanking all damage, and once your health gets low, pause and heal, then finish him off. That's what I did.
