Right when you are done with Cavulta Canyon, there will be a flying creature waiting for you at the end of the bridge. Simply jump on it's back and the achievement is yours.

You'll get this trophy when you finish Chapter 6: Cavulta Canyon, as you go on your way to the next Chapter, you'll ride a large red bird called a Pulvukas. Once the ride ends and you're back in control of your character, step off the bird and the trophy will pop.
