Story-related and cannot be missed.
You'll get this when you finish Chapter 2: Agneya Plateau, as you go on your way to the next Chapter, you'll ride a massive, purple, dinosaur-like creature. Once the ride ends and you're back in control of your character, step off the creature and the trophy will pop.
