You'll fight Download Window after chasing Rosa in the Junkyard. She ends up standing still between the number 404. Going into it triggers the fight.
If you haven't got it yet, backtrack to where you were chasing Rosa to get Hero a Frying Pan. He can learn Snack Time, a skill that heals all friends for 40% of their heart, that costs 25 Juice.
To stand a better chance against the boss, your party should be at least Level 6.
The boss fight consists of Download Window for the first two turns doing nothing, but on the third turn, it will trigger an attack that damages all your party members. The most effective strategy I tried is to make Aubrey Angry with Kel's Annoy, have her Headbutt the boss, make Omori Angry with Kel's Annoy, then either attack Download Window, or make it sad. Aubrey should headbutt the boss again due to Emotion Advantage if it's Sad. During the third turn, Hero should heal Aubrey if she's on the verge of being defeated, and you have to deal as much damage as possible. The fight should end quickly, unless the attack somehow deals a critical hit, which can defeat Kel and Aubrey.
