This achievement can only be obtained on a Hikikomori Route playthrough, this means while in Faraway town you'll need to ignore Kel when he knocks on your door in the morning, do your chores each day and go back to sleep.
Defeating an enemy is not required to add it's entry to Foe Facts! Journal; simply encountering it and running away is enough.
