This can only be obtained during the True Route. There are 13 CDs, and some require to go all the way to One Day Left.
The trickiest and most damaging CD to get is the Ethereal CD, which requires giving 25 trash to the Old Lady in Faraway Park. That requires getting all the trash in Faraway Town, which are either garbage bags, empty cans and bottles but with flies around them. You have to pick up all of the trash in Three, Two and One Day Left. Search the Plaza, some houses and the Park.
Some sidequests give you the CDs, so you must get the Gruff Dad sidequest, that starts in Fix-It during Three Days Left, feed the Orange Cat fish every morning and evening, where you also get the "Tummy Full of Fish" achievement and donate $30 to the Guitar Guy during Three or Two Days Left to start his sidequest.
Three Days Left:
The first one you can obtain by interacting with the poster in the top-right corner of Hobbeez. You get into a mini boss battle with Jackson and for winning, you get a CD.(Merry CD)
The other 5 you should get from Hobbeez. These are shown at the front of the store on a wide table. They cost $10 each so I recommend first doing all the jobs to get enough money. (Dynamic, Celestial, Lively, Chill and Brutal CD)
The seventh one can be obtained after doing Gino's part-time job. Considering you probably did all the jobs to get the five Hobbeez CDs, you get this automatically. (Otherworldly CD)
The eighth one is incredibly tedious and requires luck, but you need to beat the Hobbeez shopkeep in Pet Rocks, which is a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. This first requires to get the Pet Rock charm, defeat four people who can play, defeat the three veterans, and then defeat the Shopkeep. (Nostalgic CD). If you want another achievement, defeat the Pet Rock champion.
Two Days Left:
If you fed the Orange Cat fish on Day 2, it will gift you an arcade piece. Go to Gino's and go to Gino at the arcade cabinet. He'll give you the CD. (Devilish CD)
One Day Left:
If you complete the Guitar Guy sidequest, by donating $30 to him during Three or Two Days Left, speaking with his father in Joy's House and giving him the lunchbox, he'll give you the CD. (Secret CD)
If you visited the Gruff Guy to see him try fix the leak every day, he'll give you the CD on the final day. (Ghoulish CD)
If you obtained 25 trash and gave it to the Old Lady in Faraway Park, you'll get the CD. (Ethereal CD)
If you feed the Orange Cat fish every morning and evening of all three days, the final gift would be, if you followed everything else, the final CD (Tranquil CD).
The achievement won't pop if you just get all the CDs. You have to insert them into the Jukebox in Gino's first. (tip: I noticed that having a lot of CDs also made my menu glitch that when I picked up Trash, it didn't appear in the menu nor did the Old Lady accept any I collected, so I recommend to put all of the CDs you obtained into the Jukebox immediately, so you wouldn't encounter this.)
