This happens during the story. If you're on the True Route, during Three Days Left and completing all objectives (going to Hobbeez, buying a gift, fighting Real World Aubrey, talking to Basil, fighting Angel, fighting Maverick, fighting Kim and Vance, etc.), go to sleep after a long day and go to the Dream World.
If you're on the Hikikomori route, during Three Days Left, do all objectives (don't open the door to Kel, go to bed to take a nap, do everything on the To-Do list, etc.), go to sleep and go to the Dream World.
Also, Oyasumi means Goodnight in Japanese.

Do you have a cloud save? If you don't, then the only option is probably to replay again.
