This is not hard to do but easy to miss. You need to buy six fish from the fish store in the OTHERMARKET(to get the money, you can do the tutor quest or the jobs). You need to feed the orange cat every day in the morning and the evening in specific locations.
Three days left - morning: He will be at the FARAWAY PARK.
Three days left - evening: He will be at Basil's house, be sure to feed him before entering the house because if you don't, when you go outside again will be night, and you'll miss it.
Two days left - morning: He will be at Sunny's house.
Two days left - evening: He will be on a tree outside OTHERMARKET.
One day left - morning: He will be at the secret hangout spot.
One day left - evening: He will be at Mari's grave.
