This requires that you help out everyone around Faraway Town, so that they remember you when you end up in hospital in One Day Left... and send you some flowers. Summed up these are:

Kel's Family and Aubrey - you'll always obtain this.

Aubrey's Gang - you'll also always obtain this one.

Charlie's Family - On Three Days Left..., if you keep going on your house's street past the intersection and reach the end, you'll find a house with an old lady by the door. She'll ask you for a favour, which is picking up her medicine from the OtherMart' pharmacy. Oblige, and you'll not only gain access to her house, but will unlock this flower.

Kim and Vance's Mother - Also on Three Days Left..., you'll find Kim's Mom outside of her home, on the same street as the old lady. She's lost her shears, and wants you to help find them. They're some steps away from her house, by the sidewalk.

Kim and Vance's Father - Complete the quest involving the guy with a leak - every day, go to Fix-It and talk to him. Then go to his home next to the Church and presence him fail to fix a leak. On One Day Left..., Aubrey will fix it for him, and you'll gain this man's favour.

All American Household - You'll be able to visit the house next to Kel's except for the morning of the second day. Every day, you'll be able to talk with the All American Guy by the sofa, and every day he'll have lost his remote. Find it and bring it back to him: it isn't hard, it's under his sofa on the first day, in the bathroom during the second, and inside of a pie in the kitchen in the third.

Brent/ Joy- take the Math and Grammar tutoring part-time jobs that are offered in OtherMart. Related to the Grammar and Math Whiz achievement obtention.

Daphne & Bowen - On Two Days Left..., during the afternoon, if you walk through your house's street, you'll find one with The Maverick standing outside. Go inside and into his twins' room, on the second floor. They'll be cutouts, who will challenge you to a game of hide-and-seek. They'll be under The Maverick's bed, in the frist floor. Finding them is all you need to do for them to remember you.

Bebe - On Two Days Left..., two houses after Basil's, you'll find a woman waiting by the entrance of her home. She's worried that her son has taken too long to buy her a lamp at Fix-It. Go find him (he'll be next to the lamps, unsurprisingly), and he'll give you money and tell you to do it. Buy a lamp from the clerk and bring it back to the lady. That's all.

Sean and Karen - Complete the Good Company achievement.

Artist - On Three Days Left..., go to the house that's at the end of Basil's House street - there'll be a woman painting, who'll ask you for advice regarding her art. Just agree with her. Then, on Two Days Left..., she'll tell you that she has lost her dog - it'll be by Kel's House, interact with it and it'll return home, then you can just go back to her. Finally, on One Day Left..., she'll wonder where her brother has gone to. It's Angel, and he's on Hobbeez; just go to him and he'll hurry back home, where if you talk to the Artist she'll give you an item and end with her quest. All of these are done during the day.

Father and Son - On the evening of Three Days Left..., go to Hobbeez, and you'll find an old man searching for a gift for his son. Select the game cartridge on the table to his right, and he'll buy it. On the next day, go to his house and talk with him - it's his son's birthday, but he won't come out: just interact with his room's door until he opens it, and have Kel talk with him. He should come out and eat birthday cake with his father, you'll get a cutscene and that'll be all for this subquest.

Sarah's Family - During the evening of Three Days Left..., go to the house that's next to Aubrey's - in there, a man will ask you for help in taking his anniversary ring out of the sink. Do so. Then, on the next day's evening, you'll find her wife inside of Gino's Pizza - help her solve her conflict up, then head to their home: the man will be still missing. Don't fret, he'll be inside of OtherMart's candy shop, just help him pick a sweet and he'll return to his home. Go there and watch the ensuing cutscene, then get your rewards. This plotline should be over and you'll get their flowers.

Mincy - Find and encourage Mincy the artist every day:
During the morning, you'll find her in Faraway Park, and on OtherMart during the evening, close to the fruits and vegetables.
Found in the OtherMart candy shop during the day, inside of Fix-It during the evening.
You'll find her inside of the Church during the morning, and at Faraway Park in the evening.

Finally, beat the Hobeez Shopkeeper's Pet Rock challenge.

Complete all of these subquests, and you'll get all the required flowers, unlocking this achievement.
