How to unlock the When I flex, I feel my best! achievement in OMORI - Definitive Guide
You will fight Pluto (Extended) right after Mr. Jawsum (don't worry, your Heart and Juice will be replenished).
He is a difficult boss that can turn anyone in your party into toast in two turns. Once he has low hearts, he will expand, which increases his Attack and Defense, while reducing his Speed. He sometimes can expand more.
It's recommended to be Level 16 or preferably more (better to be safe than sorry), have some Life Jam in case of him turning someone into toast, have Confetti to make everyone happy or Rain Cloud to make everyone sad, and of course, snacks that replenish Heart and Juice. You can buy them from the Mailbox Merchant outside of Last Resort.
The best skills for the party are:
Omori: Mock, Lucky Slice, Hackaway (put any skill you want as the fourth)
Kel: Ricochet, Guard, Annoy, Flex
Aubrey: Team Spirit, Counter, Power Hit, Pep Talk
Hero: Smile, Snack Time, Cook, Fast Food.
First, Kel should use Annoy on Pluto, followed with Omori's Mock to reduce his Attack. Aubrey should use Power Hit to reduce his Defense and Hero should use Confetti to make everyone Happy, to have Emotion Advantage against Pluto (if you don't have Confetti, Aubrey should instead use Team Spirit, first to Kel to make him more likely to survive, then on Omori).
Here, you should completely reduce his Attack and Defense until it can't go any lower. Use all of your most powerful skills such as Hackaway for Omori, Ricochet for Kel, Power Hit for Aubrey and heal with Hero if anyone is hurt.
If Pluto does an attack that involves dropping Earth on everybody, it won't one shot anyone if everyone in your party has more than 60 Hearts, Emotion Advantage and if Pluto's Attack was reduced to a minimum in six turns.
