Ive completed the game twice now and the achievement for the sewer never popped Edit:i just got it, turns out you need to get a certain sewer layout

Story related and cannot be missed.
After finishing the hospital and exiting the elevator your only option is to enter the sewer by falling down a man hole.

It seems like several of the achievements can be a bit glitchy. Hopefully it will pop for you on one of the multiple playthroughs you need to 100% the game.

Failed to get it on my 1st play-through too! ..but still got a minimum of 19 runs to go for

This will pop when you get the "mouth" sewer level (the version that has the mouth/teeth achievement). Didnt pop til about my 5th playthrough so dont worry if its not unlocking i'm sure youll get it once out of the 20 runs.

it wasnt popping for me also. but i got it the same run i got "Not so pearly whites" so if your going for "One more out of the pack" you will probably hopefully get it lol. also look for the teeth on that run because thats the only run ive seen them

Glitchy af but I wonder.. I'm in Canada but changed the region for US so I can download it and after I did I switched back to Canada and did like 3 times the maze and still never popped for me.. Is it because I changed region and shouldn't have?

UPDATE : Okay so playing on PC apparently does seems to un-glitch achievements probably because no matter what region you are it still gonna pop on Win 10. Mine just popped this morning no problem.

2 TA solutions. Both are missing important details.

If you don't get this in level 3 after going down the well, that's normal. This achievement is not bugged. It's not missable either.

There's 2 variations of the area where you fall down the well. 1 gives you the achievement, 1 does not. If you go for One More Out of the Pack, you WILL get this eventually.

NOTE: Down the Rabbit Hole appears to always pair with the Not So Pearly Whites achievement. When you reach the maze of left and right intersections, the foul mouth is in a corner stuck on a wall down one of the dead end paths.

This achievement is unmissable and will unlock after dropping down the manhole in the third stage.
