This will be your first achievement you unlock in the game. Wait for the dialogue to finish, your door will open and follow the red wire and interact with the end of the wire to get your first achievement and to progress into the next level.

After the screen door opens, run down the hallways and the first interaction is getting into the chamber with the green light.

The cheevo unlocks when you exit the end of the ventilation shaft which has the green light.

This particular achievement is unmissable and will unlock as you climb into the vent at the beginning of the game.
