thanks for the video but 2 times I've been there, done the same thing and the path is blocked to said smoke.

In the first area, one of the two red wires leads to the Library.
Once in the Library, you can move the empty shelves.
First move the shelf directly in front, go through and move the same one back again.
Then move the next shelf in front, but this time leave it.
Head to the far right corner and walk into the yellowish smoke, which should make many of the shelves rise into the air.

Upon entering the library in the first stage, move the first bookcase immediately in front of you. Move the next bookcase immediately in front of you, and then the first bookcase that you originally moved. Walk into the spiraling smoke towards the front, right corner of the room and the achievement will unlock.
