How to unlock the Pirate Ranking achievement in ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 - Definitive Guide

You can find action growth and other upgrades by selecting a mission, then select you character. When you get to the "Prepare For Departure" screen click on "Growth Map"

Action Growth are for each Character they increase your combos for X attack and Y attack.

Should be around 3 islands to max out for the achievement.

Action Growth is characterized on the specific character maps by the upwards blue arrow. There are often two to three of these islands on the maps and require anywhere from two to three levels to max. If you grab all of them, they should all show [Complete] with a crown over the C in the description box; otherwise, if it still shows some action combos, you are missing an island or a level somewhere else on the Map 1.

Action Growth Levels are found in characters' Growth Map 1. They are represented by an arrow pointing up. Action Growth Levels unlock additional combos and move-sets for your character to use in episodes. For this trophy, you only need to max one character's Action Growth Level. Simply find all islands on the Growth Map with Action Growth Levels and max them out. You will know it is maxed out when the icon turns gold and has a crown above it.
