Sorry first quick guide. Judge me if you must but here it is:
This will be the last achievement obviously its not rocket science it says in it the description get all other achievements
To help you unlock this heres a little guide:
1. Story Mode: complete it try to get the S with kills and time. I found kills very on each stage mostly aim for 1850 to 2000 time wise just do it fast. Characters will unlock as you got you will get the achievements for characters, Gallery, stats, ext.
Not all characters will unlock after story . Marco-(30 S endings)
Buggy'(15 different treasure logs)
Kizaru- (150 different Coins)
Figutora- (3 charcter crew levels to 5)
Smoker- ( treasure log- The Greatest Evil Of East)
Ivankov- (30 different Treasure Logs
Completed)
Niji- (3000 enimeies defeated)
Yonji (500,000 berries had you dont have to hold on to)
Shanks- ( treasure log- GL The Legenadry Pair)
Blackbeard/teech (treasure Log-GL A Fight for the treasure)
2.Treasure log and money run:
You need 100 million berries throughout the game. You dont need to hold on to it level up your characters and i will give you a method i use to get it done THIS WILL BE YOUR 2ND TO LAST ACHIEVEMENT!!!
Treasure log
Run through treasure log get all the coins plus side unlike all the other PW games its not a pain completing certian ones will give you the gold coins to help build stats and most unlock the "?" Islands on the builds. Skills I used where the following
Skills all lvl 3: Herculean Strength (map 1)
Coin Collector (bartolomeo Map2)
Brothers' sake Cups. (Sabo Map2)
Full force Burst Enhancement (Brooks mp2)
Resilience (bege map2)
After you found a good character and maxed them out i would grind the very last Treasure Log Grand Line- The Old Emperor. After a while all the coins you have max out at 999 after that whatever ones you get of those turn into berries i set my difficulty to Hard and grinded away on this one. Hope this helps good luck pop in some music an audiobook or a podcast if people still listen to a podcast anymore

I used katakuri through the trasure log all you need is unstoppable donuts and snack time both level 3
