I found this to be the fastest and easiest match with most exp.
Go to mission counter
Choose difficulty 6 and pick monster meet-up.
Beat him up before more enemies arrives. This will give you 10k exp on a S rank
You can also choose mad scientist on difficulty 3.

After completing the last chapter, I was already at level 43 so I'll definitely be taking this advice to boost it to 50! Also am assuming it's Level 100 you have to reach since my secret achievement is at almost 50% (I'm level 46).
