Yeah a build would be nice

All of these guides are not very good, so I'm writing one that is actually helpful, goes into detail on how to set up your character, and grants better XP than what's posted...
PREPARATION:
Character stats:
Killer Move: max (30)
rest are up to you
appeal not needed, can be left at 1
You can reset stats by visiting the Ronald McDonald looking Secret Store Clerk standing outside the Oden Shop (lowest left corner of map). Need a 'Secret Ticket' item. Secret tickets can be bought from the item shop for 16000.
Skills:
Killer Move ↑++ (bookstore, 10000)
Ample Experience (appraiser, 27 blue eagle heads at rank S)
Abundant Experience (appraiser, 23 orange eagle heads at rank S)
access to all of these unlock as you progress the story
Battle Type/Killer Moves:
my preference:
Weapon Type A/B:
Killer Move: Bamboo Split, Triple Strike
Super Killer Move: Smashing Is All I Can Do!
if you have a good battle type/killer move set for this, put it in the comments. Thanks!
Item Shop (old woman with bunny ears near apartment): buy 99x Fan Letter (Maxed out move stock at the start of battle)
you can buy Master's Memo/Notebook/Dictionary 1 time xp gain items at the appraiser if you want. They don't add enough xp to make it worth it IMHO. The Fan Letter makes the fights a little easier and faster.
THE XP GRIND:
Association HQ (do not confuse with branch office!):
- Lv (7 fists) missions
- push on 'Intercept the Massive, Malevolent Threat 4' (very bottom of the list)
push instead of selecting 'start'.
select 'fan letter'
The Fight:
Its up to you how to do this.
My usual method is holding block, hoping the AI does a move that leaves him open for a combo knock down.
then spam after he gets back up to finish him with the super killer move.
You will find this opponent's AI is cranked to 'annoying AF'. I've found the Smashing Is All I Can Do! super killer move is the most effective against him. Almost every other killer move/super killer move I've tried, he will jump over, dodge, perfect guard, or simply punch you out of it. The AI tends to try blocking this super move, and it has guard break, so it almost always connects. Unfortunately, no matter how much you try to buff the killer move stat, Smashing Is All I Can Do! is just shy of being a 1 hit KO. You need to hit him with 2 or 3 more times.
other killer moves that tend to work well against this guy are also guard break/grapples. Tank-top Suplex is REALLY good and 2 will defeat this guy, but it's like 75% success since the AI will sometimes sidestep, jump, punch you out of it. There's also a solution that' just a video of someone spamming Fang Interpolation which will also defeat this guy in 2 hits, but I frequently can't get it to work. Again, he dodges or punches me out of it half the time.
RESULTS:
S rank victory: 20700 xp (do not need SSS. Its actually hard to get below S overall)
you will level VERY quickly. 2 matches per level up.

Believe me I tried Fang Interpolation. The videos showing how great it is for XP grinding kind of don't show how much of a pisser the AI can be at avoiding it. Smashing Is All I Can Do! is slower, but provides better results since the AI usually wants to block it which is a guaranteed hit.

Fang Interpretation is the fastest by a country mile. Have maxed attack and killer move (30), other stats are irrelevant. I went from 71 to max in less than an hour, used 50 fan letters, and that includes surrender and rematch if I whiffed or got hit. You absolutely will get robbed and need to rematch, but the 5 second matches makes up for it easily.
Fire the first one instantly, and if it hits circle around behind the opponent and launch the 2nd one the instant he gets up. Fight over. As close as you'll get to being able to just use Saitama
I still used this guide for the extensive item and prep knowledge though, so thumbs up from me.

This achievement is fairly simple once you have the perfect build, which can differ on preference
For me, all that was needed were the following:
Battle Type:
Power
Killer Moves:
Giant Swing / Tank-top Suplex (TTP only needed if you use fan letters) - Both break guard, essentially a command grab, but TTP does more damage, roughly 2 uses for KO
Character Stats:
Killer Move: Max (30)
Technique: Max (10) Preference IF NOT using fan letters as mission item
The rest can go into HP as if you're able to take one combo and still have a good percentage of HP left, you can still get S Rank for bonus in the Mission Report as the time should roughly be S rank too, giving you S rank as total altogether
Attack and Appeal don't matter as you'll only be using Killer Moves and the other ally isn't necessary for this
Skills:
Killer Move ++ ( Obtainable at the bookstore for 10,000 gold), Ample Experience and Abundant Experience (Obtainable at the Appraiser, 27 blue eagle heads and 23 orange eagle heads at rank S respectively, 30 and 25 without Rank S discount)
The Mission Grind:
Once you reach Rank S, "Intercept the Massive, Malevolent Threat 4" mission will become avaiable. The easiest of the missons in the list as it's only 1 enemy till the 2nd arrives ( By then the mission is done)
Use whatever items you want that you feel personally will help
THE IMPORTANT PART
Once the game has started, hold and (essentially spam) , or (whichever Giant Swing or TTP is set to, again depending on if you've used Fan letter or not and whichever the Killer Move(s) of preference is set to)
90% of the time, the enemy will either move or guard giving you a free killer move as both guard break and track
Once the enemy is launched, use + to charge your guage up to 2 or 3 (you have enough time), dash towards enemy with , then for a dash kick, the enemy will either pre-guard or just take the hit, then ASAP use Giant Swing or TTP (again depends on move preference) giving you a free killer move again.
IF using only TTP, the enemy should now be defeated, if using Giant Swing, repeat dash + dash kick and Giant Swing
IF the enemy uses a killer move, don't be afraid to surrender and rematch, only takes 5-10 seconds of your time and the enemy won't killer move at the start as well (very rarely happens)
Should roughly give 21K experience (20,700 xp), mostly from bonuses which should be:
First Attack, Killer Attacks used (I used both Giant swing and TTP in my grind), Perfect Win, Killer Attack Win, Won within 60 sec (The whole fight rougly takes 11 seconds)
From Level 52, took me about 3 hours to grind, which does include small breaks and restarts, which can take less time
Hope this helps

The maximum player level is 99 and it is QUITE the grind to achieve to say the least, I would start grinding for this at level 50+ personally and after finishing the main story but it really doesn't matter as this method can come into play as soon as you unlock the 'Power Type' hero class and the 'Giant Swing' killer move you will receive early on in the game while doing sub-quests for the tank-top brothers.
Here is the method I used myself for the higher XP yield and the battle strategy, this fighting style can be applied to any quest you have unlocked, I explain in the video;

To unlock this achievement, you have to hit player level 99!
If you want to be more lax about getting to 99, I found that after you hit S rank and do some of the leftover missions (difficulty 1-6), you should have access to the mission called "Watch Out for the Vicious Monster Meet-Up" (Difficulty 6). If you beat the first CPU before the 2nd CPU shows up, you receive 10,000 EXP each match without much effort.
I've gotten it down to gaining 13 levels every hour which isn't too bad.

Gameplay - How to beat the CPU
After you've gotten the hang of what moves to do and when, you basically want to just replay the mission over and over. It gets pretty monotonous, but it works without having to put too much effort into it. As soon as you hit level 99, it will unlock!
