This zombie figure is mislabelled. In-game it shows as Zombie #4 but pops the Zombie #10 achievement. To earn this achievement collect Zombie #4 which can be found in the large barn, on the ground floor, sat on top of the table.

From Armored Nightmare (200G), return to the fork in the path and take the left fork. Walk down the path and pass a wooded area on your left and it will open up with an unfinished barn directly in front of you. Turn and walk left; you will pass a well then see a finished barn in front of you. Walk into the barn through the big doors and in front of you on the right side is a table with Zombie #4. Interact with and take it for this achievement.
The next achievement you will unlock is Scientific Apocalypse (200G).
