The self defence hazard is kinda of like a pole with some holes in it that has a sharp tip. You can find it or summon it by yourself and all that it's needed it for it to be destroyed.

All you have to do is find a self defense hazard and kill it! These are mostly found in the hazard zones (esclamation mark in the triangle) so go to them if you wanna find these!

Update: The self defense hazards are white with holes in them, the holes have a red stripe under them!

If you summon your own self defense turret (spell is called “Turret SD” and the image as described in the comment above) and the enemy destroys it, it also unlocks the achievement.
