You don't need to have 200 permanent cards in your deck, so the most practical way to get this is by generating fluff on a field. The best way to get this is with Kunai. The 3D Printer artifact adds a Kunai to your deck every time you shuffle, so if you find it you could shuffle your deck 200 times after a battle until your deck is 200 cards. This takes forever, but it requires the least setup if you want to bang out the achievement early.
A much more efficient way is to unlock Shiso's Kunai loadout by beating the Gate of Eden with his default kit. With this loadout he starts with a Collect Ring card which adds Kunai to your deck every 2 seconds while in a cast slot, and his weapon adds Kunai to the deck as well. So after a battle get Collect Ring in your slot, hold down RB, and let your deck fill up with Kunai until it's 200 cards. The higher your mana regen the faster it'll go, but it shouldn't take more than a few minutes even at base levels.
