This one is super easy, what you gotta do is simply dont take any extra spells, and just save up your cash to buy the ability to delete spells twice! You can only get one per shop, but you will only need 2 since you already start with one!

The Gunner's Bullethell kit starts with only 1 spell, so you can also trigger it immediately by simply starting a run with that kit.
