This is another fairly easy achievement! You will need at least 120 cash for this! Simply go to the shop and take the first 2 pacts! (They are always free) You will then use the money you have to refresh the shop, and take the other pacts that appear! You will repeat this 2 more times!

The achievement wasn't triggering for me when I had 8 pacts at once, but it did once I got the 9th pact. Figured that out by searching online and found someone solved it that way when it wasn't working for the same achievement on Steam.
