Play as Hazel and proceed to a treasure node. Place a turret down on the bottom so you don't destroy the money crystals, then hold RB to whack it continuously to build its shields. When it hits 9999 shields the achievement will pop!

There are spels you can idle with, but what i did was select Reva,and just run around on the first battle! Its really boring, but there are spells that can let you idle them, so thats a better alternative towhat I did.
