Complete the main game without closing the Oneshot window besides when it's necessary. It is necessary at any bed where Niko has to sleep at least once, where the game will close automatically, closing it to enter the Tower, and after the Entity makes Niko think you are gone.

Get any ending without quitting the game outside of when Niko sleeps or the one time you are forced to close the window. Any time the game window is closed in either of these ways you can safely completely quit the game without invalidating this achievement if you don't want to do the entire run in a single session
