After you jump down in the hole in the cave, you will enter a temple, keep following the path and you will see the Blue Orb on a altar.

Story-related, can't be missed.

While passing through the Underground Temple, eventually, you will find yourself in a room with vases in both left and right sides. Just in front of you is a structure with a blue orb in it. Just interact with it and grab the Shiden, another sword to equip. This will earn you the trophy.
