This should come through natural progression but if you find yourself lacking any souls, you can visit the Demon realm, it will give you roughly 10K+

You can enhance your weapons at Magic Mirrors. You have to upgrade then all to level 3. In total, will cost around 30,000 demons souls but you will probably obtain it naturally through your first playthrough. Nothing to worry about.
