This is stuck at 98% for me. I have every other achievement in the game, got triple o rating on every level, beat level 9-10 multiple times. If anyone can help figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.

Damn... Maybe try deleting and redownloading your profile. Sorry to hear you're having issues, and I hope that fixes it.

Thank you, it finally worked 🙏 just had to delete the save completely from my xbox then beat every level again

Story Related

This trophy will unlock after you've completed all 90 levels within the game. You don't need to get Triple-O rating on them for this trophy, you just need to complete them. With that being said, though, it's highly recommended you go for the Triple-O ratings as you play so you avoid having to do a lot of clean-up after you've completed the game.
