Very easy, when you unlock the weapon range through story mode missions. (Just before you unlock the snow map) Gary (the barkeep) will award you the location of the weapon range.
When there just walk up to any of the signs pick 'Practise Mode' and then choose any weapon, shoot 1 target and wait.
