I thought this might be tied into making sure that you interact with ALL of the items around the dock / house boat during the ‘House Boat’ chapter towards the end of the game.
However, it appears that’s not the case at all, and it doesn’t matter how many (or how few) items you’ve interacted with during the chapter, this achievement will just pop as part of the story progression at the very end of the chapter,
meaning that this achievement is unmissable!
