After heading through the crawl space of the summer home, enter the bathroom. On the mirror, you can find a picture of Opal. Grab it and talk to her about it to pop this. You can use Chapter Select after completing the story to backtrack for anything you missed!

If you missed this and are doing a cleanup after finishing the story.

From the main menu go to Chapter Selection at the bottom and choose the Summer House chapter in the lower left corner. Press A to continue the dialog and go around to the dog house, select the crawlspace on the corner of the house by holding down A at Huh, Whats Under Here?, press A to move through the conversation.
Once under the house keep the inner structure(s) on your left and move counter-clockwise around the crawlspace to the "center" of the house. (Either pick up the postcards off the ground or have the game force you to pick them up, your choice.) Select the hatch in the ceiling/floor and Climb Up. Press A to continue the conversation, once in control go straight toward the open door then turn right into the bathroom, look to the mirror over the sink and press A to Pick Up Photo in the lower right corner of tye mirror, once holding the photo press X to Hey, Mom! Press A to continue the conversation (Not required* Be sure to tell your mom she's cute!) Once this convo is over achievement will pop.

At the Mobile House, in the second section (after the crawlspace) there's a photo of opal above sink in the bathroom, interact with it for cutscene/dialogue and this achievement.
