Later in the second semester, there can be a random event on Subway Xth Line Outband in the rear car at coordinates X09 Y02 Xth Subway Rear. You will meet Soul Rebirth, and it will tell you about the coordinates where you can jump off for the Might As Well Jump.... Personal note: I got this after completing the sub-mission "New Member Training".
