Story related and cannot be missed.
After completing the New Abyss Investigation mission, you will get a Special Mission named Xth Escape Order. You will be at level 0 through this mission, and fight through without any weapons. You can heal after battle but only up to 3 times total. I recommend that you run from any non-forced battle with more than 2 enemies. Heal whenever your HP starts to dwindle a bit. I personally did this without healing at all. At the very end, you will be forced into a battle with 3 enemies. This trophy unlocks after you complete this section.
