You need a Hack Key Gamma for this trophy. Go to Subway Xth Line Outbound, and to the middle car. At coordinates X09 Y11, face west and press 
. There will be door that can be opened with a Hack Key Gamma. You will end up in Hinowa Abyss Sector T, where you fight Soul Rebirth needed to open a door in Babyl C24.
