Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy

The Monk Blood Code is unlocked after the mission "Stolen Code Investigation" and the Conjurer Blood Code is unlocked once you begin the second semester. Once you have the Monk and Conjurer Blood Codes, head to CPA Headquarters and select Member Application. You can either Enlist 2 new recruits with the Monk and Conjurer Blood Codes or you can select Change Blood to change your current members Blood Codes to Monk and Conjurer. Either way, you don't actually have to use them in battle because the trophy unlocks once you have members with both Blood Codes.
