The Encounter Gauge increases as you win battles and decreases if you escape. The Encounter Gauge will also completely decrease if you defeat a Wanted Variant. The Encounter Gauge's maximum level is 6. Win 20 battles with the Encounter Gauge maxed out to earn this trophy. This should occur naturally while going for other trophies but in the case that it doesn't, keep winning battles without running away.
