Shorty after Fragment of Akashic, you will have a fight in Geomatix - Sector Ω at coordinates X03 Y16. Make sure to heal before finishing the first fight, because you will fight the final boss right immediately after this. After you win, you get the credits and complete the game but there are a few post-game missions left.
