This is unlocked upon completing the second post-game mission, "Rescue Hikaru Nanase". After you accept this mission, use Contact and select Go to Academy Roof". You will fight a stronger version of D.E.M. again. You won't be able to buff your party before the fight. Win and unlock this trophy.
