To unlock this, you need to earn the katana weapons Muramasa (level 15 weapon) and MURAMASA (level 40). Muramasa can easily be purchased from the Development Lab, and you can use Gamble Codes to earn the MURAMASA. Using Gamble Code on an item above level 40 has a high chance of creating a MURAMASA. You don't need to have both in your inventory at once.
