Story related and cannot be missed.
The post-game mission "Muramasa Hall Finale" will be given as an assignment instead of a main mission. You have to head to Muramasa Hall and defeat Final Daughter on 10F. You have to clear a shortest route maze on 9F to reach 10F. After winning the battle against Final Daughter, there will be some cutscenes and the trophy unlocks shortly after.
