Military Cross is obtained by defeating the 20 Eagle's Nest Missions
The Eagle's Nest Missions are only available after you obtain the 12 Valhalla Orders you can pick up off dead soldiers on campaign missions 13-24. Here are the locations in order:
13. Random Schutze
14. Random Schutze
15. Random Magier
16. Random SS Schutze
17. Random SS Schutze
18. Random Panzer Demon
19. Random Vampire
20. Random SS Schutze
21. Random Vampire
22. Random SS Schutze
23. Random Magier
24. Random Magier
Although they are on a random soldier of that type once you find it and if you fail the mission, it will be on the same soldier again.
After collecting them all, the Eagle's Nest will unlock after you finish Campaign mission 26.
The Eagle's Nest consists of 20 "floors" with varying enemy's on each floor, after completing each one you will be sent back to the world map. Most of them are not to hard, except for the last which you will face off against many Hellpoort, Magiers, and two black dragons (the one you ran into on mission 26).
But if you have made it this far you should have no problem knocking these missions out.
