This Achievement is obtained from completing the 4th mission which is called Almolst Too Easy.

This is the Level where you start off in the chopper and are running round the hills for most the mission

So... do you get it for only playing the 4th mission or do you need to complete all previous missions too?

ive completed the first 4 missions but this 1 still hasnt popped for me as yet

Theoretically you could skip the three first missions by jumping into a friends game. Would it still unlock if you only play the fourth mission with the said friend?

It is possible to get this with out playing the 1st 3 missions, this i can confirm as i joined a random game and found they were on the last mission so i got finish chapter 3 cheevo before completing chapter 2 and im certain the same would apply to this cheevo aswell.
