This cheevo will be awarded for completing a rolling thunder mission.
From the main menu select the fireteam engagements tab and set the game type to rolling thunder.
During these missions you are required to protect a convoy. You will earn points while the convoy is moving and you will lose points while the convoy is stopped so clear out enemies as fast as you can.
Once the convoy reaches its final target the mission will end and the cheevo will pop up.

Just complete one of the two maps for this FTE mode. In order to get it completed, you must reach the destination point; even if all the convoy is destroyed, you still get the achievement..More info and hints can be found in the manual.
