As you earn stars by playing levels you will earn in game cheats, which are called customizations. To get this trophy or Titanium UZI you simply must unlock enough stars to make the cheat available. Once unlocked you need to select the applicable customization for the trophy to pop. Titanium UZI is one of the first cheats while Double UZI is one of the last; don’t worry about them as the cost is under 100 stars so you should get these through normal play unless you choose not to turn on the customizations - in which case you may choose to do so at any point once unlocked. The game does auto direct you to the customization screen each time a new customization is unlocked. Conversely you can always select customizations from the level select screen.

Note: You do not lose stars when using cheats so start using them as soon as they are available except for increased Uzi rate of fire.
